- Prepare and negotiate restrictive covenants for commercial, residential, and mixed use projects.
- Negotiate and draft all manner of easements, including slope, grading, timber, storm water, sewer, water, construction, ingress/egress, utilities, retaining wall, common wall or shared structure, and other types of agreements.
- Negotiate and draft development and utility agreements with municipalities and other governmental entities to vest development rights, allocate utilities capacity and provide for municipal or governmental cooperation or involvement in development projects.
- Provide counsel regarding rezoning applications, including in the negotiation and planning of Planned Unit Development/Planned Development District zoning ordinances.
- Prepare condominium master deeds for forming residential and office condominium regimes.
- Form commercial and residential property owner association and governing documents.
- Represent individuals, businesses, and corporations in variance requests, zoning appeals, and other administrative matters.
