Providing counsel to lenders in regard to commercial loan transactions (traditionally and non-traditionally secured), foreclosures, loan work-outs, and loan modifications.

Representative Matters:

• Represent local and regional lenders, both private and institutional, in business and real estate finance.
• Negotiate and draft loan, credit, and security documents.
• Represent South Carolina lenders in multi-state loan transactions where South Carolina collateral or borrowers are involved.
