  • Represent Fortune  200 homebuilder and developer in the acquisition and development of  the largest mixed use development in Lancaster County, South Carolina and  in other residential and mixed-use development projects in the Charlotte  metropolitan region.
  • Represent developers  and investors in their acquisition, development, sale, leasing, and  financing of shopping and retail centers, hotels, restaurants, condominiums,  industrial properties, office complexes, and raw land.
  • Represent client  in the acquisition of land for the development of a medical office complex  and ambulatory surgical facility.
  • Represent developers and owners in the leasing of shopping centers, restaurants,  and free-standing facilities, including  built-to-suit, ground lease,  and other commercial leasing structures.
  • Represent local  lending institution in the acquisition of new business locations.
  • Represent national  investment group in the acquisition of raw land in York and Lancaster  counties for the development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use  projects.
  • Represent national chain franchisors in lease and land acquisition disputes.
