| Founding partners, Jim Morton and John Gettys, established the Morton and Gettys law firm in April, 2001. Michael Smith became a partner in January, 2007, and Joshua Vann became a partner in January, 2009. Additionally, Morton & Gettys is comprised of four associates: Elizabeth Smith Owen, Richards McCrae, and Walter Dusky; one attorney of counsel, Michael Hatch; and 12 support staff and paralegals. |
